An initial meeting between our team and the Client is carried out, free of cost, in order to ascertain the requirements and objectives.
This meeting is followed up by an exchange of information pertinent to the Client’s wishes and prospects.

Prior to the investment decision being made in respect of any entry strategy into the new market, we deliver a preliminary report for an initial fee that will help the Client to understand its options.
A follow-up report is provided with respect to a thorough assessment of the strength and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the Client’s business in this new environment with the corresponding approximate investments required.
Once the Client has approved the options and related budgets, a contract of appointment is signed in order to undertake the necessary actions in Italy and abroad.
It may be necessary, from time to time, for the Client to provide us an exclusive appointment for a specific period of time, depending on the size of the project or the activities to be carried out.
Our services are focused on innovative and customized solutions required by the traditional core business of our Client in order to increase its presence in the Middle Eastern markets.
Our performance takes place with a particular emphasis on coordinating all activities across the different territories concerned with the project.
